Service Description
Flow & Funk Strength In this 60-minutes class with upbeat music, creative yoga flows, strength exercises, and cardio conditioning, students of all levels work on strengthening their core, abs, biceps, glutes and upper body, making this class a complete workout like no other. Options are provided from easy to more challenging. Bring a yoga mat, sweat towel, and water. Doors open 15 minutes prior to class and we encourage early arrive to sign in, grab your props, settle onto your mat, and connect with community.

Cancellation Policy
Members can cancel or reschedule a class by logging into the website and adjusting their booking. We ask that you do so with as much advanced noticed as possible. There are no refunds offered for drop-in classes or pricing plans.
