Our adult classes feature uncensored music and are appropriate for ages 16+.

Get ready to move, groove, and throw it down at Beat Boxing—a cardio kickboxing class with serious funk and full-body strength. Set to a fresh hip hop playlist, this high-energy workout blends powerful punches, kicks, and core moves with rhythmic flow and swagger.  This class is high impact, but easily modified to meet you where you’re at.

Flow State Yoga is an approachable, yet warming all-levels vinyasa where each movement is guided by the breath, inviting you to slow down, move with intention, and find grace in every transition. This class is the perfect entryway to build the foundation for a lifelong relationship with yourself through breath and mindful movement.

Power45 is 45 minutes of playful, powerful movement! Start grounded, ignite with cardio, build strength, burn it out, and finish with a peak release that will have us high-fiving all around. All-levels, low-impact, and fueled by a pump-up playlist. Move at your pace, feel strong, and leave glowing!

Momentum Dance class is a big, weekly celebration of dance, timeless jams, pop culture, and collective movement - we dance to feel good, to break a sweat, and to unabashedly let it all go under the big, bright disco ball. The lights are low and the music is turned way up! No experience necessary, just follow the guide or don't!
