About the event
On Sunday, June 21 from 4 - 6pm, Rachel Alford will guide us through journaling, gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation as we honor the longest day of the year with space for reflection, movement, and renewal.
The evening begins with thoughtful journaling prompts centered around embodiment, balance, growth, and connection to self. From there, Rachel will guide the group through a grounding yoga flow designed to energize the body and awaken the spirit without losing our center. We’ll close with calming breathwork and meditation to help release stagnant energy and leave the studio a little lighter than when we arrived.
