Baby Jam: Baby Wearing Class + Social

Service Description

Move, bond, and groove in this fun, inclusive dance class designed for parents and caregivers wearing babies in secure carriers. Over the course of an upbeat hour, you’ll learn simple, bold, and funky dance combinations that get your body moving while keeping your little one close. Though the spirit will be high in this class, everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. No dance experience needed—just a desire to have fun, connect with your baby, and meet other caregivers in a warm, supportive community. Expect a welcoming environment where all bodies, backgrounds, and abilities are celebrated. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up, explore energizing rhythms, try out some playful, confidence-boosting moves, and end with a grounding cool-down to leave both you and baby smiling. The class includes 45 minutes of guided movement, followed by 15 minutes of relaxed social time to connect with other caregivers and build community. Four-week session every other Friday in April and May. (4/10, 4/24, 5/8, 5/22)
