Flow Burn is your commitment to building strength, balance, and mobility in a way that supports your body for decades to come. Inspired by the “slow burn” of steady effort, this class blends yoga, Pilates, and sculpt elements to keep you strong, agile, and injury-resistant. You’ll focus on functional movement, joint health, and balance. Each week adds to your strength story, helping you move through life with power, grace, and confidence.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
For drop-in/single class bookings, members can cancel or reschedule a class by logging into the website and adjusting their booking. We ask that you do so with as much advanced noticed as possible. For youth sessions, attendance is set for the duration of the session. Reach out to studio@thisispivotpdx.com if your child cannot attend and we will let the instructor know. There are no refunds offered for sessions, drop-in classes, or pricing plans.
