Cancellation Policy
For adult classes, you can cancel up to an hour before class by logging into the website and canceling or rescheduling. For youth sessions, attendance is set for the duration of the session. Reach out to studio@thisispivotpdx.com if your child cannot attend and we will let the instructor know. There are no refunds offered for sessions, drop-in classes, or pricing plans.
